Physio On Miller has expanded its services to offer Exercise Physiology to our clients. With a fully equipped state of the art gym, we have partnered with Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic (BBLC) to deliver exercise and lifestyle modification programs for clients with various health conditions and post-injury rehabilitation.
Once you have completed your physio journey we collaborate with BBLC to develop a program to get you back to sport, the gym or your pre-injury status. Following an initial assessment (which includes a health screen, baseline health measures, goal setting, postural and functional movement analysis and fitness testing) your exercise physiologist will help to prescribe an appropriate exercise program. This can be achieved through 1-1 exercises sessions, home programs, wellness coaching and group exercise classes. Our approach is client focused and each program is individualised to you.
