Healthy Bones classes benefit both men and women who suffer from:

- Painful or stiff joints
Our Healthy Bones classes have been carefully designed following up to date medical research and the recommendations of foundations such as Arthritis Australia and Osteoporosis Australia. Therefore ensuring your exercise plan is tailored to YOU by our physiotherapists thus ensuring you enjoy a workout that is safe and effective.
Attending Healthy Bones classes will help you:
- Improve upper and lower body strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance

Group classes 2 x week (45min)
Come and enjoy one of our small group classes which are fun, social and adapted to suit all fitness levels. Taught by one of our physios who supervises the class to make sure everyone is exercising correctly and safely.
