Physio On Miller is excited to start our Healthy Bones Classes. These classes are physio run classes to improve strength, flexibility and balance aimed at clients with osteopoenia, osteoporosis or osteoarthritis. Following the research recommended guidelines classes will involve weight bearing aerobic exercise, resistance training and balance to manage and prevent pain associated with these diagnoses.
Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

To book into classes clients need to attend an initial assessment to develop a tailored program within the group class. We look forward to you joining our classes.
