Physio on Miller is a friendly physiotherapy, massage and pilates clinic. Located in modern premises, Physio on Miller services the local Cammeray community focusing on hands on treatment and injury prevention.
We are looking for a person who has:
- minimum 2 years previous office/clerical experience in a health clinic.
- strong computer skills and previous experience with medical practice appointment software
- eftpos / HICAPS experience
- confident professional manner and exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role you must be extremely detail oriented, highly organized, honest, reliable and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Duties will include managing the physio’s appointment/pilates schedules, Insurance and DVA billing, receipting, managing all phone and online enquiries, and general office administration and upkeep of the practice.
As you will be dealing with medical terminology it is essential that you are able to speak and comprehend English with a very high degree of fluency and accuracy.
The position is a Full-Time Medical Receptionist 38-40 hour working week 7.30am – 3.30pm Monday-Friday. There is an opportunity for job-share for the right candidates.
