Part time receptionist / office assistant role
Physio on Miller is a friendly physiotherapy, massage and pilates clinic. Located in modern premises, Physio on Miller services the local Cammeray community focusing on hands on treatment and injury prevention. We are going through exciting growth and looking for an enthusiastic office assistant to join our team. Casual employment at the Level 3 award wage for Health Professionals and Support Services.
Hours: Mon – Thurs 3.30pm-6.30pm Sat 8am-12pm flexible with days as we are looking to employ 2 x people to share the role.
We are looking for a person with:
- Preferably previous office/clerical experience in a health clinic.
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Confident professional phone manner
- Able to manage appointment schedules and multi task
- Able to take responsibility for the running of the basic clerical duties in a physiotherapy practice.
