Felix Powling is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience across hospital, private practice, sport and rehab settings. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (ACU) and is a practising member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

Felix has a strong interest in treatment of spinal and joint injuries, including long-term conditions such as arthritis and tendon pain. His treatment approach is hands-on, thorough and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients understand their symptoms. He works closely with each individual to develop tailored treatment plans. His treatment combines manual therapy and targeted exercises to support recovery, improve movement, promoting long-term confidence in managing symptoms.

Felix Powling designs targeted exercise programs and brings an extensive background in strength and conditioning.. Furthermore, he has worked with some of the most technologically advanced sports and medical rehabilitation equipment. Felix has previously run his own clinic inside a recognised commercial gym.

Outside the clinic, Felix enjoys staying active through cycling, swimming, tennis and bouldering. Felix volunteers with WIRES and his local bushcare group, and is motivated by helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
