Prior to joining our Pilates classes
Clients need to attend a thorough assessment to ensure your physio has a clear understanding of your previous injuries, lifestyle and goals.
During this appointment we outline the Physio On Miller principles of Pilates, repertoire of exercises and provide you with a tailored home exercise program. You will receive a custom Pilates booklet.
Bookings and Waitlists
Book and waitlist Mat and Reformer classes from your phone, tablet or desktop.
You can use the app to update your personal information, communication preferences and credit card details.
Alternatively for those who still love the friendly service of our team you can call or drop in to the clinic to book and pay for classes.
If you are interested in attending Circuit Pilates classes you can view our schedule either on our website or the booking app but to attend classes you will need to call our clinic to book.
If a class is fully booked you can join the waitlist and receive an email once you’re placed in class. This system works really well so don’t despair if your desired class is full, just use the waitlist. You’ll most likely get in.
No-show & late cancellations
When people no-show for classes or cancel at the last minute, other clients often miss out.
For all Circuit Pilates classes 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
As our classes are taught by physios and are specifically tailored for your injury you may be entitled to claim a rebate from your private health fund. Classes are coded as 560 or 561 and it’s important if you want to claim a rebate that you check your health fund covers this code. Our reception team can provide an invoice for claiming after attending classes but please let them know which code you’re able to claim under.
