Making an appointment

Making an appointment with us is easy –  either phone or email.  We have appointments available as early as 7:30 am and will do our best to find a time that suits you.  You will have your appointment confirmed the day before via text, email or telephone – whichever you prefer.

Can I use my health fund card?

Yes. Physio On Miller has a Hicaps facility (instant electronic claiming), making claiming from your Health Fund quick & easy.  If you have ancillary benefits with your Private Health Fund please bring your Health Fund card with you so we can claim on the spot.

How long are appointments?

Initial appointments last for 45 minutes and follow-up appointments take 30 minutes in which the physiotherapist will be solely with you for the entire consultation.  If for any reason you need to leave your appointment early please inform your physiotherapist.

You do not need a referral

You do not need a doctor’s referral to see one of our physiotherapists, however if you do have a referral please bring it along. We like to keep in contact with your doctor and any other practitioners involved in your care.
