Christa graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She worked at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where she gained skills in managing a wide variety of orthopaedic injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. She also gained experience in the intensive care, aged care and rehabilitation setting.
Christa has also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sports Science) and Bachelor of Science (Honors in Nutrition and Dietetics) from the University of Sydney. She has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in both the private practice and gym settings. She particularly enjoys sports physiotherapy, including prescribing targeted exercise programs to assist patients in their recovery from injury all the way through to their return to better than pre-injury level of function and performance.
Christa is trained in the STOTT Pilates method and has been practicing and instructing Pilates for five years.
